How to Prepare your Home for your Details Cleaning

Completing these steps will ensure that we can do our best for you.

Please ensure that we can enter your home on cleaning day. If you use a security system, either disable it on cleaning day or provide us with an auxiliary/temporary code.
Please ensure we can begin cleaning your home promptly at our mutually agreed-upon time. Homeowner-caused delays could result in additional charges for excess time in your home.
Store away any items you deem irreplaceable or invaluable.
Make sure all jewelry is stored away properly, not left out.
Notify the Details Team of any items that should not be touched.
Make sure every room that is scheduled to be cleaned is unlocked.
If you want the kitchen sink cleaned, make sure it is empty.
Pick up all clothing, children's toys, and other temporary items from the floors of bedrooms, closets, and other rooms.
Make sure your indoor pets know we're coming.
